Cafe Disco Espresso

Coffee and Dancing.. two of my favorite things have mated and watermelon birthed the most innovative way to unwind. Cafe Disco! A place where unattractive and attractive people can get together. To meet. To greet. To see the ones that you love. To love the ones that you see. I actually dance all the time. Tip-toeing around corporate, it is a ballet. When I am breaking all the rules, I am break dancing.

And, expresso. All you can eat expresso!

First, obtain a very expensive Expresso machine, at least a $1,000 model. Pretend you are trying to impress a beautiful red head who sells handbags. How do you make expresso? I don’t know… Just – blaaagghhhh. Let me ask Oscar. Oscar, how did you learn to use this machine?
